The cinfo’s documentation center and library offer
information on organizations and institutions with professional career
opportunities in the field of the international cooperation in Switzerland
and abroad, as well as guidance on issues related to going abroad, working
there and returning home.
CDE - Development
& environment info service
The D&E Info Service is specialising in environmental issues
related to development co-operation. It is administered by the Centre
for Development and Environment (CDE) under a mandate from the Swiss Agency
for Development and Cooperation (SDC).

We

IHEID - Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies
IHEID is the only graduate development studies institute in Switzerland
and offers the following qualifications : Diplôme d'études
approfondies (DEA), PhD, in development studies. It has also a comprehensive
library and a publishing department.
Mandat International
The
documentation centre was created by Mandat International, in the
framework of the Welcome Centre for Delegations and Non-governmental
organisations. It provides the opportunity to respond to the specific
enquiries of non-governmental delegates participating in international
conferences, as well as all persons interested in the international
scene or in non-governmental organisations. It is a reference library
with multi-media collections and facilities, that provides access to
about 7,000 reference documents for all areas covered by international
conferences; 200 periodicals and specialised magazines, a major part of
what was previously the Geneva OECD documentary fund; a database on
international actors; the Internet network, and to the UN Optical Disk
System (ODS). The documentation centre provides an information platform
for non-governmental delegates, as well as other interested persons.

SDC Knowledge and Learning Processes - Information Management Section
The
Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC) is Switzerland’s
international cooperation agency within the Federal Department of
Foreign Affairs (FDFA). In operating with other federal offices
concerned, SDC is responsible for the overall coordination of
development activities and cooperation with Eastern Europe, as well as
for the humanitarian aid delivered by the Swiss Confederation.

Swiss College of Agriculture SHL
The
SHL library is a comprehensive collection of specialist media on
agriculture, forestry and food technology and is constantly being
restocked to meet the needs of students and employees. It is connected
to the NEBIS network (Swiss library network).
Swiss Tropical and Public Health Institute
The
information and documentation centre of Swiss TPH is open to the public
and offers literature and other media to the subjects International and
Public Health, Travel and Tropical Medicine, as well as Medical
Parasitology and Biology of Infection.
